Seal Coating:

Sealer used by Pavement Maintenance Contractors, Inc. meet and exceed all state and federal regulations. Our sealer is delivered to our facility in raw material. We mix our sealer with sand and a rubberized latex additive. The additive makes the sealer dry faster, blacker, & wear longer. Our process for Seal Coating at Pavement Maintenance Contractors, Inc. is as follows: First we clean all asphalt thoroughly to assure good adhesion. Then we trim around all obstacles to assure neatness & precision. Finally we spray the remaining area with commercial sealer. Pavement Maintenance Contractors, Inc. does not seal out of buckets! Pavement Markings:

Line striping, directional arrows, no parking, fire lane and handicap stencils a are very important part of our pavement maintenance services. This service needs to be done on a regular basis. A property owner needs to have visible pavement markings to assure good traffic flow. Pavement Maintenance Contractors, Inc. are trained professionals that will provide you with straight crisp lines, directional arrows, all types of stenciling and with the correct amount of handicap parking spaces by ADA regulations. Pavement Maintenance Contractors, Inc. use airless stripers and high quality traffic paint to restripe parking lots, or lay out a new parking design, based on property or facility needs. Crack Filling:

Pavement Maintenance Contractors, Inc. uses hot, rubberized crack sealant, heated to 450 degrees to fill cracks in asphalt, as well as concrete expansion joints. Hot rubberized crack sealant expands and contracts with the weather, which prevents moisture from accumulating beneath your pavement surface, which will then cause further damage to your pavement surface. Applied properly by Pavement Maintenance Contractors, Inc. trained professionals, hot rubberized crack sealant can possibly save you from an expensive overlay. Car Stops:

Pavement Maintenance Contractors, Inc. provides our customers with concrete car stops or with recycled rubber car stops. Both are set with a half inch rebar. The advantage of using rubber car stops is they last longer. They come with yellow, white, or blue stripes on the stops and can be reset if moved by a snow plow. Pressure Washing:

Pavement Maintenance Contractors, Inc. believes that pressure washing is a vital service in keeping our customers property looking sanitary and professional. We use a 3,500 PSI pressure washer to clean sidewalks, store fronts, and canopys. (See our slide show for examples of our professional workmanship.)

Parking Lot Sweeping:

Sweeping your parking lot on a regular basis not only keeps your parking lot looking nice, but our sweeper picks up dirt and grime that would otherwise be carried into your store. This will cut your floor maintenance cost and effort. Pavement Maintenance Contractors, Inc. blows debris off the sidewalks and away from the curbs and then we sweep your lot.
